cum pane

as part of Dinner for Future, a European Pavilion project focusing on food production, me, Johan Widén and Elin Maria Johansson participated in scenario work and round table discussion with farmers and a diverse range of other stakeholders during spring 2022. As the project’s companion artists we did work-in progress presentations and concluded with a series of art works presented 10-11 september 2022 in the small village Hammarlunda under the title cum pane, weaving a half fictitious, half documentary story about a women living with her cats on an ancient farm, exploring old myths and painting to convey her fears and worries about the future.
